Refund policy

●   Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the shipping date of your order. If 30 days have passed since your order has shipped , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

●    Non Refundable stocking items

-   Electronics gauges (ie: boost controller, light bulbs, hid kits, flash tuners(eg. Cobb accessport), stand alone engine management systems, headlights/tail lights, 4th Brake Lights(Rear Fog), light bulbs and all other lighting products. 

-   Mounted wheel and tire packages.  

-   Items that have been used or attempted to be installed

-   Items that do not have the original packaging 

   

●    Special order items

Special order items are eligible for cancelation and return but will always require a 20% restocking fee . This fee is due to over head expenses and the supplier also charges us a fee.

  

 

●   Received the wrong item that you did not order?

-   Eligible for refund/exchange with no restocking fee. We will Cover all (Shipping Expenses).

 

●    Received damaged item?

-  Eligible for refund/replacement . All shipping costs will be covered if return is determined.

 

●    Item received is defective?

-  Covered by Manufacture warranty, if you need any help finding this please contact us

 

●   Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Processing times may vary
